How Sweet it is!

This week I have had the opportunity to help two families out in our ward.
The first family was welcoming a new member into their family and we got to take care of big sister. We have had her in our home before as you can see by the picture below it was a little warmer then. And the second photo is of a family with 2 sets of twins. I got the chance to watch the youngest set for the day. While the mother fought a case of flu. Mother's can never get sick!!
Anyhow if it hadn't been for these little ones I would never had gotten a chance to work on my blog.

Thanks Guys! We had a blast and I guess I haven't lost my touch!

It's Autumn Time!

You Know it's Autumn when the leaves begin to fall. This is Kate & Levi enjoying the leaves in Idaho. The kids started racking them up for Grandma while we were visiting. Mike told them to lay down and he would rake the leaves over them. Grandma Can You Find Us Now? This is what leaves look like in Oregon! Twice as big and Twice as many? The colors are so bright and brilliant. We can't have all work and no play. So when we were done we put them all in a pile under the swing and they swung off into the leaves they had a blast. This was the second time I had to rack and I am sure it won't be the last. It was sure nice to have help this time!

Pumpkin Carving

We were very successful at growing pumpkins. I stoped counting at #30. Here are 3 of the biggest.

Hunting in Blacktail

What a beautiful place to spend a few days with family.

The Foster's enjoying their yearly hunting trip.

We had over 9 people in this wall tent. But boy did we all stay nice and toasty!!!

Logan & Spencer went off on a night hunt. Mike, Levi, Kate & I shuttled 4-wheelers for them and went on a drive. As you can see Kate quit enjoyed herself.

Sitting around the campfire popping popcorn a Foster favorite even out at hunting camp!

Here is Levi with the finished product!

Logan says "Forget the popcorn I am guarding the candy"

Peyton with Uncle Mike Rock, Paper, Scissors! Who gets it!!

Not only popcorn but the evening wouldn't be complete without steaks from the old river days. Thanks Uncle Terry for cooking them up they we're delicious. To bad some of us had to enjoy them a day late.

Kate's Seventh Birthday!

We had lots of fun making Kate a Pinata for her birthday it took a little planning but they had a blast. I had pictured a cute little pumpkin but it ended up being a very colorful fall ball.

Kate celebrated for a whole week! She had her Grandma Yost, Aunt Raini & her cousin Ryver over from Idaho to help celebrate.

Ryver says, "Come on Kate lets get on with this!"

Soak in the Hot Tub

After the trip to the pumpkin patch we found corn everywhere.

So the kids and Aunt Raini took a dip in the Hot tub.

Pumpkin Patch

Our new short lived Oregon tradition. Visiting the pumpkin patch just before Halloween. Best of all it is free!

Ryver & Kate had so much fun on the slides we had a hard time getting them to go home.
