Our family traditions is to unwrap one present the night before Christmas. It is always a new pair of pj's. We then do a puppet show with puppets I made when Logan was a baby. These puppets help us retell the Christmas story found in Luke. I did not remember to bring the puppets from Oregon so Mike just read the story out of the bible.
We cooked pizza and had clam dip and chips (another tradition)
Kate could hardly wait to unwrap her jammies she bugged us all day long. Finally we set the oven timer for 6pm and told her she had to wait till then.
The kids had been up since 4:30 that morning and were ready for bed at 8:00. They had planned it that way so they would be tired and able to sleep. They sure hoped Santa could find them.
